How to See Your Email Threads
Sometimes it's helpful to see what emails you've sent to a specific client. To view the emails you've sent, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Messages Tab
- From within a client profile navigate to the Messages tab
- Select an email thread
Availability: Mailbox Sync is included with the Home Care and Premium plans.
Note: If you have Mailbox Sync enabled, all emails including those sent from or received in your personal inbox will appear in the corresponding Senior Place profile.
