How to See Your Email Threads


Sometimes it's helpful to see what emails you've sent to a specific client. To view the emails you've sent, follow these steps:


Navigate to the Messages Tab

  1. From within a client profile navigate to the Messages tab
  2. Select an email thread

Note: If you’re on our Premium plan and have Mailbox Sync enabled, all emails including those sent from or received in your personal inbox will appear in the corresponding Senior Place profile.
