How to Connect Senior Place with QuickBooks Online

Note: This integration is only available to Senior Place Premium customers, and only Administrator users will have access to this Setting.

If you're interested in connecting Senior Place to QuickBooks Online to better sync invoice information and reduce duplicate entries, you've come to the right place! The following steps walk through how to set up the initial Senior Place to QuickBooks Online connection:


1) Navigate to the Integrations > QuickBooks Setting

Note: If the Integrations tab isn't showing up for you, you'll first need to request access from our Support team at support@seniorplace.io.

  1. Click the Settings Cog ⚙️
  2. Choose Settings
  3. Navigate to the Integrations tab
  4. Choose QuickBooks

2) Click Connect to QuickBooks


3) Sign Into QuickBooks Online

Once you click Connect to QuickBooks, you'll be redirected to QuickBooks Online to sign in.


4) Click Connect

After signing into QuickBooks Online, you'll be prompted to Connect with Senior Place.


5) Confirm Connection

Once you click Connect, you'll be redirected back to Senior Place, where you should see a connection confirmation like the one pictured below.


6) Start Creating Invoices

Now that you've connected QuickBooks Online with Senior Place, you can start creating Invoices! This tutorial explains how those invoices will look.
