All About Client Transfers

Note: This transfer process is limited to advisors on Senior Place that have added their profile to the Advisor Directory. If your intended recipient hasn’t done so yet, the tutorial below will guide them through the steps. Once their profile is added, you’ll be able to initiate your transfer.

How to Add Your Advisor Profile to the Advisor Directory


Whether you're collaborating with another agency on a placement or are sharing a lead with an agency that services a different region, you can transfer client information from your Senior Place account to theirs, simplifying the collaboration process.


How to Transfer a Client to Another Agency

1) Navigate to the Relevant Client profile

First, you'll need to navigate to the client profile you'd like to transfer. In the example below, we went to Nadia's profile.

2) Click Actions

In the upper right, click the Actions button.

3) Choose Transfer Client

Next, click the Transfer client option under Other Actions.

4) Select the Advisor You Would Like to Transfer To

Note: Transferring a client does not delete it from your Pipeline. Instead, it copies the client information to the recipient agency.
  1. Search for the advisor you would like to transfer this client to. You can search by advisor location, name, or email.
  2. Click Select advisor

5) Transfer Your Client

  1. Click Transfer client


How to View All Incoming and Outgoing Client Transfers

From your Client Pipeline view, click on the Transfers tab. From this tab, you are able to view all incoming and outgoing client transfers.


How to Accept or Decline a Client Transfer

From your Client Pipeline view, click on the Transfers tab. From this tab, you are able to accept or decline any incoming client transfers.


How to Cancel or Resend a Client Transfer

1) From the Client Profile

Navigate to the client profile whose transfer you'd like to update. In the example below, we went to Nadia's profile.


2) Click Actions

In the upper right, click the Actions button.


3) Choose Transfer Client

Next, click the Transfer client option under Other Actions.

4) Cancel or Resend Your Transfer

From here, you are able to cancel or resend your client transfer.


1) From the Transfers Tab

From your Client Pipeline view, click on the Transfers tab. From this tab, you are able to cancel or resend any of your outgoing client transfers.
