How to View the Live Link Community Options Your Placement Agent Sent

If your placement agent sent you an email with a Live Link of Community Options for your loved one, this tutorial explains how to get the most out of that resource.

1) Click the Hyperlinked Text

Within the email you received from your placement agent, there will be a hyperlinked string of text. In the example below, it says View community options; however, the wording may be different in the email you receive.

Simply click that text and the community options live link will be opened in your default internet browser.

2) Browse Community Options

After clicking the hyperlinked text, you'll be taken to a web page that looks like the image above. You can interact with the website in a variety of ways:

1) View Communities on the Map

You can interact with the map by A) zooming in/out and by B) clicking each blue pin. You can also move the map around with your mouse.

2) View Community Details

To view additional details for each community, click the Community Name on the left. The details will vary based on what your placement agent deems relevant.

3) View Community Comparison

If you want to see a side-by-side comparison of the communities your placement agent has sent, click the Compare Communities button in the upper-left. Please note that the details will vary based on what your placement agent deems relevant.
