How to Turn On Two-Factor Authentication for Your Account


1) Navigate to the Two-Factor Authentication Section in Settings

  1. Navigate to the Gear icon in the upper right corner
  2. Click Settings
  3. Click My settings
  4. Click Two-factor authentication

2) Set Up Two-Factor Authentication

By Email

  1. Click Setup with Email
  2. Enter your password in the popup field
  3. Click Setup

  1. Copy the verification code sent to your Senior Place login email
  2. Enter this code into the Verification Code field
  3. Click Verify & Enable

  1. Two-Factor Authentication by email is now enabled for your account

By Phone Number

  1. Click Add Phone Number
  2. Enter your phone number in the Phone Number field
  3. Click Add Phone & Setup SMS

  1. Enter your password in the popup field
  2. Click Setup

  1. Copy the verification code sent to your phone number
  2. Enter this code into the Verification Code field
  3. Click Verify & Enable

  1. Two-Factor Authentication by phone is now enabled for your account
