How to Turn On Two-Factor Authentication for Your Account
1) Navigate to the Two-Factor Authentication Section in Settings
- Navigate to the Gear icon in the upper right corner
- Click Settings
- Click My settings
- Click Two-factor authentication
2) Set Up Two-Factor Authentication
By Email
- Click Setup with Email
- Enter your password in the popup field
- Click Setup
- Copy the verification code sent to your Senior Place login email
- Enter this code into the Verification Code field
- Click Verify & Enable
- Two-Factor Authentication by email is now enabled for your account
By Phone Number
- Click Add Phone Number
- Enter your phone number in the Phone Number field
- Click Add Phone & Setup SMS
- Enter your password in the popup field
- Click Setup
- Copy the verification code sent to your phone number
- Enter this code into the Verification Code field
- Click Verify & Enable
- Two-Factor Authentication by phone is now enabled for your account
