How to Update a Client's Status
Staying current with client statuses is key to managing your workflow. Here are the two ways you can quickly update a client's status:
Method 1: Pipeline Drag and Drop
From your Clients > Pipeline view, drag the client from their old status to their new status.

Method 2: Client Profile Update
From within a client's profile, follow these steps:
1) Locate and Click their Status field

2) Choose their New Status
Pro-Tip: You can tell which status they're currently assigned to by looking for the "✓"!
