How to Deactivate a User

Note: Deactivating a user may affect your next Senior Place invoice.

1) Navigate to the User Accounts Setting

Note: Only Administrator user are able to manage other user accounts.
  1. Click Settings
  2. Choose User accounts


2) Click "Edit" on the User You Want to Deactivate


3) Click "Deactivate user"


4) Hide User (optional)

If you no longer want a user's name to show across the platform, you can Hide them from view. The one exception is that if they are still Assigned to a Client or Referral Contact/Organization, their name will still show.


Before Hiding a user, we'd recommend re-assigning any Clients or Referral Contacts/Organizations to a different member of your team.
