How to Reset Your Password


If you're experiencing issues logging into Senior Place, one option you have is to reset your password! Follow these steps to do so:


1) Click Forgot your password?

You'll find this on the Senior Place login page.


2) Enter your Email Address and Click Reset

Make sure you enter the email associated with your account!


3) Follow the Link in Reset Email

After completing Step 2, you'll receive an email from communications@seniorplace.io. If it doesn't show up in your Inbox, make sure you check your Spam folder.


Once you open the email, follow the link provided.


4) Choose a New Password and Click Reset

After choosing a new password and clicking Reset, you'll be able to log in with that new password.
