How to Add/Delete a Client File


Sometimes it's helpful to save a client-specific file, such as a client agreement, photo, or intake form.


To add (for deleting, see Step 2) a file to a client's profile, you'll need to follow these steps:


1) Upload File

  1. Navigate to the relevant Client
  2. Choose the Files tab
  3. Click Upload file

2) Customize the File (optional)

Once your file is uploaded, clicking on the file name will allow you to customize a variety of aspects:


  1. Edit the file Name
  2. Edit the file Description
  3. Decide who has file Visibility
  4. Download the file
  5. Delete the file
  6. Save the changes you made
