How To Add a Referral Contact/Organization

If you're in the process of associating a Referral Source to a client profile but notice the referral isn't on your list, you'll need to add a new Referral Source. Follow these steps to do so:

1) Navigate to the Referrals module

2) Choose to Add a New Contact or Organization

3) Add relevant details

The Contact and Organization details look slightly different. See below:

One aspect to note for Contacts is that you can choose an associated Organization if applicable.
