How to Prevent a Workflow Email from Sending

Note: Workflows are only available to Senior Place Premium customers.

Occasionally, you may trigger an Email Workflow but don't want the email to be sent. In that case, you'll want to follow this tutorial to prevent the email from sending.


1) Navigate to the Relevant Profile

You'll first need to go to the profile where the workflow was triggered.


2) Scroll to the Workflow automation section

On the Overview tab, scroll down to the Workflow automation section. You should see the email workflow that was triggered.


3) Click the Trashcan icon

Note: If the workflow email was already sent, you won't have the option to cancel the workflow.

Next to the workflow that was triggered, click the trashcan 🗑️ icon.
