How to Cancel a Workflow
Note: Workflows are available exclusively on the Senior Place Premium plan.
Occasionally, you may trigger an email workflow but don't want the email to be sent. In that case, you'll want to follow this tutorial to prevent the email from sending:
Within a Profile
1) Navigate to the Relevant Profile

First go to the profile where the workflow was triggered.
2) Scroll to the Workflow Automation Section

On the Overview tab, scroll down to the Workflow automation section. You will see the workflow that was triggered.
3) Click the Trashcan Icon
Note: If the workflow email was already sent, you won't have the option to cancel the workflow.

Next to the workflow that was triggered, click the trashcan 🗑️ icon.
Within the Workflows Section in Settings

- Navigate to the profile menu
- Select My settings
- Click Workflows
- Select the trashcan 🗑️ icon next to the workflow you would like to cancel
Note: If the workflow email was already sent, you won't have the option to cancel the workflow.
