How to Delete an Invoice

Note: If you're using the QuickBooks Online integration, you'll need to delete the invoice from QuickBooks Online rather than Senior Place.

While the Void Invoice Status works in many situations, sometimes it might make more sense to Delete an unneeded invoice instead.

To Delete an Invoice in Senior Place, follow the steps below:

1) Navigate to the Invoices Tab of the Relevant Client Profile

2) Click Edit on the Invoice You Want to Delete

3) Click the Trashcan 🗑️ Icon

4) Confirm Deletion
