How to Create a Report Showing All Communities in a Specific City

Helping your clients find the right placement starts with knowing which communities are available in their desired area. If you're focusing on a specific city, pulling a report that includes all communities in that city makes this process quick and easy. Here's how:

1) Navigate to Custom Reports

  1. Go to the Reports module
  2. Choose the Custom Reports tab

2) Edit and Run the Report

  1. Ensure the Record type is set to Community
  2. Choose City as the Condition
  3. Choose Contains for the Condition modifier
  4. Enter the City(ies) you want to report on
  5. Click Run report

3) Evaluate the Results

After clicking Run report, you'll get a list of all communities in your chosen cities. In this case, our report has around 500 communities in either Lynnwood, Bothell, or Everett.
