How to Create a Report Showing Interaction Notes


If you want a clear view of recent interactions, specifically interaction notes, you can pull a report to see all your notes in one place. Here's how:

1) Navigate to Custom Reports

  1. Go to the Reports module
  2. Choose the Custom Reports tab

2) Edit and Run the Report

  1. Ensure the Record type is set to Activity Log
  2. Choose Note as the Condition
  3. Choose Matches Conditions Below for the Condition modifier
  4. Then choose Text as the Condition
  5. Choose Has value as the Condition modifier
  6. Click Run report

3) Evaluate the Results

After clicking Run report, you'll get a list of all interaction notes which have been added to your organizations clients. In this example, we see two clients have interaction notes.
