How to Create a Report Including Community Emails in a Specific City
When organizing a networking event, it's important to gather the right contacts. By pulling a report that includes community emails from a specific city, you can ensure you're reaching the right audience. Here's how:
1) Navigate to Custom Reports

- Go to the Reports module
- Choose the Custom Reports tab
2) Edit and Run the Report
- Ensure the Record type is set to Community
- Choose City as the Condition
- Choose Contains for the Condition modifier
- Enter the City you want to report on
- Click Run report
3) Evaluate the Results
After clicking Run report, you'll get a list of all communities in your chosen city. In this case, our report has around 230 communities in Lynnwood.
Note: Default community report columns will not include the 'Email' column. You can go here to learn how to add any additional columns.
