How to Create an Audience of Senior Place Contacts with Constant Contact
Note: This integration is only available to Senior Place Premium customers, and only Administrator users will have access to this setting
If you would like to send out a bulk email to Senior Place contacts, you will first need to create your list of contacts, or your audience, in Constant Contact. Here’s how:
1) Connect Your Senior Place Account with Constant Contact

2) Navigate to the Integrations > Constant Contact Tab
- Click the Settings Cog
- Choose Settings
- Navigate to the Integrations tab
- Click Constant Contact
- Click Add new contact list
2) Create Your Contact List
From here, you are able name your client list and select the criteria for the contacts you want to include. This process is very similar to creating a custom report. To learn more about how to build the criteria for your contact list, you can go here.
In this example, we will pull a list of clients assigned to Sarah Cutforth.
- Name your list
- Select your Record Type
- Select your conditions
- Click Save
3) Sync Your Contact List to Constant Contact
- Review your list to ensure the correct contacts are being included.
Note: The Best Contact and the Client are pulled as individual contacts when running a client contact report. This means that if a report includes two clients who both have Best Contact information in their profiles, your contact list will show four contacts.
2. Click Sync to Constant Contact
- Your synchronization status will be shown after the initial sync
Note: Contact lists sync instantly after clicking Sync to Constant Contact or daily.
4) View and Manage Your Contacts in Constant Contact
- To view your synced contacts in your Constant Contact account, select Contacts.
