How to Notify Unselected Communities
After a client is placed at a community, you may want to notify the communities that were sent a referral but where the client was not placed. You are able to do this two ways: automatically through a workflow or manually for each client. Here's how:
How to Send an Email to All Unselected Communities Manually
1) Send the Client Referral and Choose Their Community
Before you can utilize the Notify Communities feature, a referral must have been sent to the client's community options, and a chosen community must be selected.
If a chosen community has been selected but no referrals have been sent out, when you navigate to the Actions > Notify Communities option, the email builder will pop up, but no community emails will be included.

2) Navigate to Actions > Notify Communities

3) Edit and Send Your Email

- Edit your recipients.
- Choose an email Subject.
- Insert an email template, signature template, or placeholders (optional)
- Edit the email body.
- Choose whether or not to BCC yourself.
- Attach a file. (optional)
- Send your email.
