How to Exclude Communities for a Client

Sometimes a community will clearly not be a good fit for your client. When that's the case, you can Exclude it from the Find Ideal Communities listing. Follow these steps to do so:

1) Navigate to the Find Ideal Communities tab

1. Navigate to the Clients module
2. Choose the relevant Client
3. Go to the Find Ideal Communities tab

2) Find the Community you want to Exclude

Find the community you'd like to exclude by scrolling through the listings or by filtering down the results. Learn more about filtering by reading this article.

3) Click Exclude Community

Once you find the Community you'd like to exclude, click the Exclude community button. Once a community is excluded, you can always reinclude it by clicking Excluded again.
