How To Add a Visit to a Referral Organization or Contact
If you'd like to track when you've last visited a referral source, you can do that by adding a visit date to a referral organization or contact profile. Here's how:
1) Navigate to the Visits Tab

- From within a referral organizational or contact profile, navigate to the Visits tab.
- Select Add visit
2) Create Your Visit

Input your visit information including:
- Your visit purpose
- Date of your visit
- Visit time (optional)
- Visit duration
- Who this visit is assigned to
- Internal notes for this visit (optional)
- Select Save
3) View Your Visits
In the Referral Source Profile

To view your visits, navigate to the referral source you’d like to view the visits for and go to the Visits tab.
In Your Senior Place Calendar

Your visits are also available to view on your Senior Place calendar. To view your visits here navigate to the Calendar module.
