The Settings page in Senior Place is your one-stop shop for customization within the platform. Because there are a variety of tabs and subtabs within Settings, we've given a summary of each of them below:
1) My Settings
This tab allows you to edit a variety of Settings related to your specific account!
Personal
On the Personal tab, you can do the following:
- Set your Display Name
- Add your Phone Number
- Decide whether or not to BCC yourself on emails (this is useful if you want to always get a copy of emails you sent out of Senior Place)
Client & Client referrals
On the Client & Client referrals tab, you can adjust a variety of default settings related to your clients and the community referrals you send out.
Communities
On the Communities tab, you can choose how communities are sorted by default as well as adjust settings related to your Community Comparisons.
Referral sources
The Referral sources tab lets you adjust a couple of display settings for your referral sources.
Notifications & Calendar
On the Notifications & Calendar tab, you can do the following:
- Adjust notification settings
- Choose the time duration of your Tasks
- Set up your Calendar task sync
Change Password
The Change password tab allows you to update your current password. See this article for further information.
Workflows
Note: This Setting is only available to Senior Place Premium customers.
The Workflows setting lets you see all of the Workflows you currently have set up.
2) Email Templates & Signatures
This Settings tab allows you to add new Email & Signature templates for future use!
3) Agency Settings
Note: These Settings are only accessible by Administrator users.
The Agency settings tab allows you to customize settings that affect all users in your company's Senior Place instance.
Clients
The Clients tab allows you to do the following:
- Edit Client-specific Agency-wide settings
- Edit the Community Referral PDF Disclaimer
Communities
The Communities tab enables you to make the following changes:
- Adjust which sections show in Community profiles
- Define Community search defaults
- Customize which fields show in Community Comparisons
Referrals
The Referrals tab allows you to do the following:
- Adjust core Referral settings
- Customize Referral Organization fields
- Customize Referral Contact fields
Invoices
The Invoices tab gives you the ability to customize Invoice payable to information.
SignWise
The SignWise tab enables you to edit SignWise request and completion email templates.
Customize
The Customize tab allows you to edit/add Client Intake and Community Attribute fields.
Workflows
The Workflows tab is where you can create new Workflows and edit existing Workflows. See this article for instructions on how to create a Workflow.
Hosted Intake Form
The Hosted Intake Form tab allows you to create an Intake Form for your website! See this article for more information.
4) Accounts
Note: This Setting is only accessible by Administrator users.
The Accounts settings allow you to do the following tasks:
- Add new users
- Edit existing users
- Deactivate existing users
