Activity Feed Overview

Whether you're a solo placement professional or are working with a team, sometimes it can be hard to remember what has been accomplished in a particular client, referral, or community profile. That's why we've included the Activity tab - to keep track of important events so you can always make informed decisions.

To access the Activity feed for a client, referral source, or community, simply navigate to the relevant profile and click the Activity tab.

From there, you'll see a feed of Activity related to that profile. If your colleagues have also worked in that profile, their activity will be displayed as well!

Additionally, if you ever want to report on Activity feeds, you can do so by creating a Custom Report. Learn more about how to do that here.
