How to See Inbound/Outbound Referral Metrics

Note: This report is only available to Administrators and PowerUsers.

If you want to see your overarching inbound/outbound referral metrics, you can do so by following these steps:


1) Navigate to the Reports module


2) Navigate to the Referrals tab

3) Filter/Sort the Data (optional)

  • By default, the data displayed is for the prior year. If you'd prefer to view referrals for a different time period, you can adjust the Start and End dates.
  • You can sort columns by clicking on the header you want to sort by (i.e. Inbound, Outbound, Source, Type, +/-)

Pro Tip: The "+/-" column calculates the difference between your inbound/outbound referrals. For example, if you have 10 inbound referrals and 5 outbound referrals, the "+/-" will be 5. This can be useful when analyzing your referral relationships.
