How to Delete a Client, Community, or Referral Source

If you ever need to delete a Client, Community, or Referral source, the process is quick and nearly identical across the board. All you need to do is follow these steps:

1) Navigate to the relevant profile

If you want to delete a community, go to the community profile.

If you want to delete a referral go to the referral profile.

If you want to delete a client, go to the client profile.

2) Click Actions

3) Choose Delete

4) Confirm the Deletion

After checking the Yes, I really want to proceed box, you'll be able to click Yes, delete. After that is done, the related profile will be deleted from Senior Place.
