How to Hide a Community from the Find Ideal Communities Tab

Note: Not all User Permission levels can make this change.

If you want to keep a community in your community database but don't want it to show up when searching communities for a client, follow these quick steps:

1) Navigate to the Records & Contracts tab of the Community you want to hide

2) Uncheck the Allow clients to be matched with this community box

By unchecking this box, the community will still show up in your Communities module, but it will not show as an option when searching for communities in a Client's Find Ideal Communities tab.
