How to Untrack a Community Contact as a Referral Source

By default, all community contacts are tracked as referral sources; however, if you'd prefer to not track a specific community contact as such, you can follow these simple steps:

1) Navigate to Community Contacts

Within the related community profile, navigate to the Community Contacts section.

2) Click the Edit Pencil

3) Uncheck the Track this contact as a referral contact box

Note: If you've added this contact as a referral source for any clients, it will remove that association when you uncheck this box and save.

4) Click Save
