How to Customize Task Types

Note: Only Administrator users can customize task types.

Every placement agency uses unique terminology when it comes to processes and tasks. That's why we've given you the ability to create, archive, and edit task types. You can customize task types by taking these steps:


1) Navigate to Agency Settings > Tasks

  1. Click the Settings cog ⚙️
  2. Choose Settings
  3. Navigate to Agency settings
  4. Choose Tasks

2) Customize Task Types

See below for instructions on creating, archiving, unarchiving, and editing Task Types:


Create

Under the Add new task type field, type in the name of your task type and click Create.

Archive

To the right of the task type you want to archive, click the Trashcan icon 🗑️. Archived task types will no longer show up in your Tasks Module.

Unarchive

In the Archive section, simply click the Unarchive icon 🔁 to reactivate the archived task type.

Edit

  1. Click the Pencil icon ✏️
  2. Enter the new name
  3. Click Save
