How to Set Invoice Payable To Information

Note: Only Administrator users can set Payable To information.

Before you send/log your first invoice in Senior Place, you'll want to ensure your Payable To information is set at either the agency or office level. Agency settings apply to all offices, while office settings allow for location-specific details. Follow the steps below to configure the appropriate information:

How to Set Your Agency’s Payable To Information

These settings apply to all invoice in all offices in your Senior Place account. This ensures that every invoice generated across different offices reflects the same details.

1) Navigate to the Invoices Setting under Agency Settings

  1. Click the Settings Cog ⚙️
  2. Choose Settings
  3. Navigate to the Agency settings tab
  4. Choose Invoices

2) Populate Payable To information

Fill out any relevant Payable To information. The information you put here will be added to invoices you create in Senior Place.


How to Set Your Office’s Payable To Information

Note: This feature is only available to some Senior Place users. 

These settings allow you to customize payable to details for your office within your Senior Place account. These changes will only affect invoices created by your office and will not impact any other offices under your agency.

1) Navigate to the Invoices Setting Under Office Settings

  1. Click the Settings Cog ⚙️
  2. Choose Settings
  3. Navigate to the Office settings tab
  4. Choose Invoices

2) Populate Payable To information

Fill out any relevant Payable To information. The information you put here will be added to invoices you create in Senior Place.
