How to Add a Referral Pipeline

1) Navigate to Agency settings > Referrals

1. Navigate to the profile menu
2. Select Agency settings
3. Choose Referrals
4. Click Add referral pipeline

2) Input your Pipeline Name

1. Input your pipeline name
2. Click Create

3) Add Your Pipeline Stages

1. Select + Add stage

2. Input your stage name
3. Click Create

4) Further Customize Your Pipeline

After creating your pipeline stages, you are able to further customize your pipeline by:

1. Reorder your pipeline stages
2. View your pipeline
3. Renaming your pipeline
4. Delete your pipeline
5. Rename your pipeline stages
6. Delete a pipeline stage
7. Choose whether to include new referral sources in this pipeline

How to Add a Referral Source to Your Pipelines

From Within the Referral Source Profile

From within a referral source profile, select a stage option from your referral pipeline dropdown list.

On Your Pipeline

1. Navigate to the Referrals module
2. Select Pipelines
3. Click + Add
4. Choose Add on the source you'd like to add to that pipeline stage

How to View Your Pipelines

1. Navigate to the Referrals module
2. Choose Pipelines
3. Select the pipeline you'd like to view
