All About Referral Pipelines
Note: You must be an account administrator to update these settings.
How to Add a Referral Pipeline
Note: Users on the Standard plan are limited to one referral pipeline. Users on our Premium plan can create an unlimited number of referral pipelines.
1) Navigate to Agency settings > Referrals
- Navigate to the profile menu
- Select Agency settings
- Choose Referrals
- Input your pipeline name
- Click Add pipeline
2) Add Your Pipeline Stages
- Input your stage name
- Click Add stage
3) Further Customize Your Pipeline
After creating your pipeline stages, you are able to further customize your pipeline by:
- Renaming your pipeline
- Choose whether to include new referral sources in this pipeline
- Reorder your pipeline stages
- Rename your pipeline stages
- Delete a pipeline stage
- View your pipeline
- Delete your pipeline
How to Add a Referral Source to Your Pipelines
From Within the Referral Source Profile
From within a referral source profile, select a stage option from your referral pipeline dropdown list.
On Your Pipeline
- Navigate to the Referrals module
- Select Pipelines
- Click + Add
- Choose Add on the source you'd like to add to that pipeline stage
How to View Your Pipelines
- Navigate to the Referrals module
- Choose Pipelines
- Select the pipeline you'd like to view
