All About Referral Tiers
Note: You must be an account administrator to update these settings.
If you'd like to be able to track, sort, and filter your referral sources, you can do just that with Referral Tiers. Here's how:
How To Enable Referral Tiers
1) Toggle Referral Tiers On
- Navigate to the profile menu
- Select Agency settings
- Click Referrals
- Toggle the Enable referral source tiers option.
Note: When this feature is enabled, there are four default tiers: Top Referrer, Strong, Developing, and Dormant.
2) Customize Your Tiers
You are able to customize your tiers as required, including:
- Renaming a tier
- Selecting a color for the tier icon
- Removing a tier
- Adding a new tier
How to Mark a Referral Source With a Tier
From within a referral source profile, select a tier option from the Referral tier dropdown list.
