All About Auto Invoice Calculations
When creating an invoice, if there are contract details in the Records & Contracts tab of the selected client community, these payment details will automatically be pulled into the client’s invoice. Here’s how each payment type is displayed or calculated:

If the chosen community has an amount entered in the Monthly Base Price field, this information will be automatically included on the invoice as the Total resident charges. If the final invoice amount for the client differs from the auto populated amount, you can make further updates directly on the invoice.
Any further calculations, whether based on a percentage, flat fee, or payment schedule, will be calculated using the amount shown in the Total resident charges field.
By Percentage

After entering your percentage amount in the community’s Records & Contracts tab.

Your line item will reflect the entered percentage amount based on the client’s Total resident charges.
By Flat Fee

After entering your flat fee amount in the community’s Records & Contracts tab.

Your line item will reflect this flat fee amount.
By Payment Schedule

After entering your payment schedule by percentage or fee, along with the corresponding due dates, in the community’s Records & Contracts tab.

Your line items will reflect the entered percentage or flat fee amount based on the client’s Total resident charges, along with the corresponding due dates.
