How to Change a User's Permission Level
Note: User permission levels can only be updated by an account administrator.
If you find yourself reviewing Senior Place's permission levels, and decide to change a teammate's permission level, you can do so by following these steps:
1) Navigate to User Accounts

- Navigate to the profile menu
- Choose Agency settings
- Navigate to the User accounts tab
2) Click Edit on the Relevant Account

3) Change the Permission Level and Click Update

- Click the dropdown and select the new permission Level
- Click Update to save the new permission Level
