How to Change a User's Permission Level

Note: User permission levels can only be updated by an account administrator.

If you find yourself reviewing Senior Place's permission levels, and decide to change a teammate's permission level, you can do so by following these steps:


1) Navigate to User Accounts


  1. Navigate to the profile menu
  2. Choose Agency settings
  3. Navigate to the User accounts tab

2) Click Edit on the Relevant Account



3) Change the Permission Level and Click Update


  1. Click the dropdown and select the new permission Level
  2. Click Update to save the new permission Level
